OCI Media Services (OMS) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Senior Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead, coordinate, and drive execution across cross-functional, org-wide architectural initiatives and programs. You will operate at the intersection of technology and business, influencing technical direction, organizational priorities, and the overall architecture vision for OMS. You will work with executive leadership to chart a path to success, providing influence and direction based on your experience as a TPM leader. For this leadership role we are seeking an individual with substantial experience building and leading development/program management, plus delivery and operation of a cloud service. Prior experience in video playback, video encoding technologies, content delivery using CDNs and live streaming is highly desirable. As a manager we seek individuals with highly evolved soft skills in addition to technical acumen. Excellent communication and the ability to lead and collaborate with others are hallmarks. Qualifications Large/enterprise scale software development and team management experience. Domain knowledge and experience with playback, content augmentation, video transcoding and packaging, content delivery, streaming analytics, and flexible billing & cost analytics are highly desired. Experience leading the development of cloud services. Experience collaborating with geo-distributed teams. BS/CS Computer Science or related field.
