About The Position

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing enterprise recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent from our teachers to the C-Suite across diverse markets. This role partners with senior executives to anticipate workforce needs, build sustainable talent pipelines, and champion inclusive hiring practices that reflect our commitment to equity and belonging worldwide. By leveraging data-driven insights, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing approaches, the Senior Director ensures our organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving and technology-advancing talent landscape. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years' experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years' experience in business partner-facing or strategic consulting-related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of productivity, analytical, and data visualization tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational priorities and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives, ensuring readiness for current and future business needs. This would include building effective technology platforms to support Learning Care's workforce and business needs for acquisition, engagement, operations, and financial needs. This role will also require direct involvement in senior and critical talent sourcing.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable processes, embedding diversity, equity, and belonging into all recruitment strategies. Identify and remove barriers and redesign experiences to be human-centered, inclusive, and a high-engagement experience, driving high-volume and quality candidate engagement, conversion, and new hire retention.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing and candidate engagement, leveraging data insights, market trends, and emerging technologies to attract top-tier talent. Constantly benchmark current and future strategic initiatives against industry and competitive best practices, driving disruptive innovation in Learning Care's recruiting, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen talent networks and enhance organizational reach. This could include collegiate or third-party sourcing programs to support traditional and non-traditional talent and workforce development.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement that has a measurable impact on team and business KPIs on engagement, retention, employer of choice, and enterprise financial growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, using insights to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment effectiveness. Inform the strategic vision of recruiting by building internal and external capabilities through talent and technical resources to identify, analyze, and continually assess metrics that drive measurable business success in retention, time to fill, employer value branding, and intent to join, as examples.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining integrity and consistency across all hiring practices.
