Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integration patterns, and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing technology strategies in complex environments.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing a small team of architects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy aligned with business priorities and IT objectives.
  • Define and drive our technology strategy to ensure scalability, security, and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain a technology roadmap that supports business and transformation.
  • Establish and ensure architecture standards, principles, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Ensure governance to oversee architecture decisions and technology investments.
  • Focus on actionable, real-world architectural solutions that address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with solution and domain architects to ensure pragmatic and actionable EA.
  • Advise on system integration, data flows, and technology stack decisions across the business.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure projects align with architectural standards and deliver expected business value.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across the IT organization to ensure cohesive architectural practices.
  • Build and lead a small and highly skilled team of solution/domain architects.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical expertise and alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the architecture function.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide thought leadership on the adoption of new tools and platforms that enhance business agility and resilience.
