As a Senior Director Strategic Planning here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic initiatives and long-term growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer for HPS and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage of HPS in Mining, Minerals, Power, Utilities, Sheet Manufacturing and Gigafactory markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth.
