About The Position

This job will lead the development of cutting-edge data science models and algorithms including Gen AI and Agentic AI to solve complex business problems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs with tangible business impact. Your role involves driving innovation in data science practices, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.

Requirements

12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience leading others

Experience: Significant experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
