We are looking for a Senior Director of Security Engineering to lead a global Security Engineering organization that partners with product development & operations teams, core infrastructure teams, architecture teams, privacy office, and cyber legal team. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Cyber Operations and will involve building partnerships across all levels of Adobe to achieve security goals.

Requirements

• 13+ years in Information Security, most of which in a complex, global organization.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years in developing and managing global engineering teams.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build strong rapport with business leaders, engineering leaders, and customers.
• Expertise in product security and ability to explain technical concepts to business leadership.
• Successful track record of developing and operating complex security services.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capability, and a pragmatic approach to business.
• Strong communications skills and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global team of engineers towards innovation, partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Challenge the status quo and ensure that new and innovative solutions are developed and operated to meet business requirements.
• Ensure security services align with delivering long-term strategic and sustainable security value.
• Develop a high-performing organization that delivers and operates security services across Adobe.
• Manage security engineering services, including vulnerability assessment tooling, security monitoring & response development, and security software tools.
• Oversee security data services, including logging collection, data lake platform, and AI/ML data services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure security and partner with other organizations to define and refine cloud security strategy.
• Drive overall security posture improvements and own specific security outcomes.
• Develop the roadmap of security features across all of Adobe's products.
• Grow and hire the strongest security talent in the industry.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $184,500 -- $392,700 annually based on location and experience.
• Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
