About The Position
The Senior Director of Quality/Head of Quality at Rapid Micro Biosystems (RMB) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's quality functions, ensuring compliance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves aligning quality strategies with company objectives, driving a culture of cGMP, and enhancing customer experience through quality excellence. The Senior Director will collaborate with the executive team to develop comprehensive quality strategies and act as a primary communication conduit for key customers on significant quality issues.
