Sr. Director, Store Purchasing – Store Development (New Stores & Remodels) Location: Remote Reports to: SVP, Store Development Team: 3–5 direct reports Role Overview The Director of Store Purchasing is responsible for leading procurement strategy and execution for J. Crew’s Store Development program, supporting new store openings and remodels. This role oversees fixture sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. The Director will drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and the adoption of digital tools to enhance forecasting, purchasing accuracy, and team productivity. This role partners closely with Creative, Construction, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution across the store pipeline.
