The Sr Director, Public Relations and Corporate Communications leads the firm’s Communications and Reputation Management strategy, with a primary focus on building brand awareness, credibility, and trust through thought leadership, earned media, and founder-led storytelling. This role partners closely with the Founder and executive leadership to shape clear, authentic narratives that reinforce the firm’s authority and mission at scale, both within the Firm as well as in the public eye. In addition to driving proactive brand visibility, this leader owns reputation and crisis communications internally and externally, directing agency partners across monitoring, influencer risk, and rapid response. Operating at the intersection of brand, legal, and communications, the role ensures the firm can scale its public presence while protecting trust—particularly within immigrant communities navigating complex, high-stakes legal environments. If not located in Tampa, must be willing to travel as needed and sometimes on short notice
