OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director of PMO to lead our Project Management Office in delivering exceptional customer experiences across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. This role will oversee all customer-facing projects, including onboarding, service upgrades and downgrades, add-on implementations, seasonal/compliance, and post-production. As the PMO Director, you will build and manage a high-performing team of leaders, project managers, coordinators, analysts, and resource planners. You’ll define and implement project governance, drive operational excellence, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with OSV’s business goals. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to customer success.

  • Develop and lead the PMO strategy, governance model, and delivery frameworks.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
  • Build and scale a team of project managers, coordinators, analysts, and resource planners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Services Consulting team(s) to ensure seamless delivery of complex and strategic customer projects.
  • Lead seasonal readiness planning for ACA, Open Enrollment, and other customer programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance across all engagements.
  • Define, monitor, and report on project portfolio health, resource capacity, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Workday and Workday partners on project methodology, approach, and execution.
  • Partner and align with Service Delivery leadership in managing the PMO budget and P&L.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing and leading teams through complex, cross-functional customer projects.
  • Experience with ERP deployments and implementations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing a P&L.
  • Resource management experience, including utilization.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with Workday deployments and implementations.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Tax, and Benefits.
