OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director of PMO to lead our Project Management Office in delivering exceptional customer experiences across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. This role will oversee all customer-facing projects, including onboarding, service upgrades and downgrades, add-on implementations, seasonal/compliance, and post-production. As the PMO Director, you will build and manage a high-performing team of leaders, project managers, coordinators, analysts, and resource planners. You’ll define and implement project governance, drive operational excellence, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with OSV’s business goals.
