The Senior Director of Project Controls serves as the strategic and functional leader for the Industrial Project Controls Department, responsible for performance in safety, people, client satisfaction, and profitability. Oversight includes earned value management, scheduling, cost and change management, labor and equipment planning, forecasting, and staff development. The Director is also responsible for implementing and continuously improving all project controls processes, systems, and tools within the Company and shall act as a key resource to other department team members and Company leadership. Senior staff within the Project Controls Department shall report directly to the Senior Director, and the Senior Director shall be responsible for managing, coordinating, and evaluating such staff work and performance. Location and Travel Details: This is a remote position, with travel up to 50% and can be based anywhere in the U.S. This position supports our business across the United States. A vehicle allowance or company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. When overnight travel is required, meals and lodging will also be provided.
