About The Position

The Senior Director, Professional Services (Major Accounts) at ADP is responsible for leading key business lines within the Professional Services portfolio for Mid-Market companies. This role involves strategy formulation, direct leadership of managers and their teams, and management of performance results across various financial and operational metrics. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience preferred
  • 12+ years of direct people leadership or managerial experience in a Client Service, Implementation, or Professional Services environment; Enterprise Software company preferred
  • Exhibits Leadership Excellence, including identifying successful behaviors, ensuring the right talent in the right roles and a strong eye for talent acquisition building successful teams and leaders
  • Recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, passion, professionalism, communication, and strategic business thinking

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies and initiatives to further accelerate growth and enhance operational performance for ADP's Mid-Market Professional Services business
  • Manage performance results for key business lines within the Professional Services portfolio across a range of financial and operational metrics, including Sales, Revenue, NOI, NPS, productivity, and associate engagement
  • Lead and inspire Managers and their teams by promoting associate development, engagement, support, and recognition
  • Utilize data, analytics, and client and associate feedback to make agile decisions in creating a superior client and associate experience
  • Work effectively within a matrixed organization across Implementation, Client Service, Loyalty, Product, Sales, and other Professional Services businesses
  • Partner and collaborate with other members of the Professional Services leadership team to help the business achieve its short- and long-term goals
  • Partner with VP/ GM Professional Services to prioritize initiatives, communicate goals to diverse audiences ranging from senior ADP leadership to associates, and implement new initiatives
  • Proactively manage associate hiring and staffing within business lines
  • Prepare associates for growth opportunities and act as a mentor
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and assistance as needed to ensure associate development and professional growth
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
