Sr. Director, Product Strategy, Lines of Business
About The Position
Your Role The Sr. Director, Product Strategy, Lines of Business is critical to the success of Blue Shield of California and the Product and Customer Strategy department in realizing its goals and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, delivering, and collaborating on all aspects of health plan and benefit design and portfolio management across the Commercial, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Pharmacy and Specialty lines of business. This role will articulate Product strategies to support Line of Business performance goals from both a membership and financial perspective. The Sr. Director, Product Strategy, Lines of Business will report to the Vice President, Product and Customer Strategy.
