Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience within the healthcare technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully building and launching AI-powered products that address challenges within referral coordination and provider network operations.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and data, with empathy for specific pain points in referral processes and network management.
• Experience with value-based care models and understanding of how effective referral and network management contributes to successful outcomes.
• Strong leadership, exceptional communication, and proven customer-facing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer needs into impactful product strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for Lumeris's AI-powered solutions specifically addressing inefficiencies and opportunities within referral management and provider network optimization.
• Lead in-depth market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis focused on the referral management and network management software landscape.
• Define comprehensive product requirements, detailed user stories, and clear specifications, working collaboratively with engineering, design, and clinical teams.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial ideation and iterative prototyping to successful launch and continuous iterative improvements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management team with expertise in healthcare workflows and AI applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Leverage expertise in AI and machine learning to identify and integrate innovative capabilities that automate manual referral processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in healthcare and AI.
• Present a clear and compelling product strategy, progress updates, and valuable customer insights to executive leadership.
