We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Product Operations Team Lead to support our growing Product Management team. As a key player in the success of a rapidly scaling product, you will oversee operational processes, enablement activities, and communication strategies to ensure the seamless execution of our product roadmap. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage tools, processes, and analytics that drive product success. You will lead a team that supports release management, product feedback, stakeholder communications, and process improvement. In addition, you will work closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other departments (e.g., sales, service, implementation) to align efforts and ensure smooth product delivery. The Product Operations Team Lead should have knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems (HCM) and an interest in understanding the product functionality. This position requires a deep understanding of product management, operations, and change management.
