The Senior Director, Digital Product Management for Loyalty, Personalization, and Recommendations at Macy’s Inc. serves as an enterprise leader who defines the product strategy, vision, and performance for online customer engagement across a broad portfolio of digital experiences at Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. This leader oversees a team of product managers and group product managers and drives enterprise-wide initiatives that span the entire digital user experience, including credit card acquisition and engagement, loyalty, product recommendations, Macy’s Media Network, marketing technology, and personalization.

  • Lead and develop a team of product managers by coaching and guiding them to deliver product solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
  • Define the enterprise-wide product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your domain to differentiate Macy’s ecommerce experience.
  • Drive executive decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and enterprise-wide thought leadership around product vision, roadmap, and execution.
  • Lead and coordinate complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving significant business, product, and technical challenges across multiple functions.
  • Continuously improve team productivity by partnering with Engineering, UX, and other product portfolios to enhance efficiencies throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Establish, monitor, and take ownership of team performance metrics.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 15+ years of product strategy, product management, or ecommerce executive experience, with a focus on driving growth, engagement, and platform capabilities in both web and native app platforms.
  • 6+ years of developing and directly leading successful teams.
  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
  • Strong understanding of retail business drivers, revenue models, and the ability to manage budgets and P&L related to digital product lines.
