Requirements

  • At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agile product management.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy/definition, vendor management, and feature deployment for the end to end associate experience used by thousands of marketers at Capital One.
  • Develop enterprise strategy in partnership with lines of businesses for evolution of tools, capabilities and processes to accelerate our marketing campaign creation and execution.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our products and processes - understanding the end to end Messaging and MarTech stack and identifying opportunities for innovation, modernization and simplification.
  • Drive alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional teams across the companies, and third parties.
