Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in commercial loan servicing , loan accounting, insurance, or commercial real estate lending environments
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, with experience supporting NAIC reporting
  • Client-service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external clients
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple servicing deliverables and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with investment or loan general ledger accounting strongly preferred
  • Relevant product management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic or similar)
  • Financial Services qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the product life cycle from conception through retirement.
  • Participates in the development and administration of broad-scope programs and projects that have significant impact on operational or functional success.
  • Work with development, sales, and service teams to effectively engineer and design product enhancements, including data models, business logic, and application permissions.
  • Prepare clear and complete system requirements for execution by software engineering and quality assurance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product growth.
  • Manage project phasing and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and clients.
