The Ads Quality team is central to Pinterest's monetization engine, connecting Pinners with relevant brands and products. The Senior Director of Product Management, Ads Quality, reporting to Pinterest’s VP & GM of Monetization, will own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for this significant and technically sophisticated domain. This role involves leading a team of 10–15 Product Managers and partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to shape the future of advertising at Pinterest. The Senior Director will be the strategic architect for optimizing Pinner experience, advertiser outcomes, and Pinterest's long-term business growth simultaneously and at scale. The ideal candidate is an experienced product executive with deep expertise in digital advertising and ML-powered products, strong executive presence, and a proven track record of building and inspiring high-performing PM organizations in complex, fast-moving environments.
