About The Position

CAES Mission Systems is seeking a Sr. Director, Plant Operations to join its Business Unit leadership team in Lansdale PA and direct the Operations/Manufacturing efforts of several Mission Systems sites. This role will be directly responsible to oversee Lansdale operations management and its Value Streams as well as its related functions. Additionally, this role will direct the efforts of existing operations leadership in Eatontown NJ. This critical role is responsible for the strategy behind optimally producing products and directing site Operational activities to assure products are manufactured on-schedule, in complete conformance to requirements, and within cost objectives. The incumbent needs to understand the measures and key performance indicators within the manufacturing discipline, as well as have proven experience in improving operational results, to the benefit of the customer satisfaction and the business' financial performance.
