About The Position
The Senior Director, Pharmacy Practice is responsible for leading and optimizing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing workflow systems, and driving pharmacy performance metrics. This role will oversee pharmacy standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance readiness, and business continuity best practices while also spearheading environmental health & safety (EHS) initiatives across the organization. Additionally, this position will provide strategic oversight of system workflows, centralized call center services, clinical patient management, and pharmacy training programs to support pharmacy excellence. This leader will manage a team of Directors, Operations Managers, Business Process Analysts, EHS professionals, and pharmacy training and call center teams, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and compliance within the pharmacy organization.
