The Sr. Director of People Strategy will serve as the first point of contact on all strategic and major people issues and also lead and/or participate in projects at the corporate and plant level to drive consistent HR strategy across all Karma operations, specifically around integration, talent management, talent acquisition, and retention. The right candidate for this role is biased to action, strategic thinking, tactical and hands-on implementation, and as comfortable working with the executive team as hourly assembly employees.
