The Senior Director of Operations has primary responsibility to build and develop operations organizations, processes, and procedures to support the Organization’s strategic direction. Plans and directs all aspects for the facility ensuring conformance with quality standards and support of new business opportunities. Ensures all operation's projects, initiatives and processes are in conformance with established policies and objectives meeting financial, quality, customer and employee objectives. Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
