About The Position

Build and mentor a team of supervisors, managers, and hourly associates. You'll invest in people, provide recognition, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. Drive operational excellence while balancing productivity, quality, safety, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Partner with HR to oversee staffing, training and development, and performance management. Manage the DC's capital and expense budgets to ensure resources are well-utilized.
