JOB SUMMARY Leads the Operations Technology Integration team, oversees configuration, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades for functional/business areas. Analyzes user requirements to determine system configuration and customization. Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines. Provides ongoing system support. Leads the effort to define requirements and select software vendors. Manages Budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance contracts. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Eight (8) or more years Management experience (Required) Fifteen (15) or more years Experience in a related field (Required) No Licensure or Certification Required.
