The Sr. Director of Talent Management will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent management strategies on a global scale. This role will oversee Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, policies, processes, and programs to ensure our workforce is equipped, motivated, and aligned with our organizational goals. Additionally, this role will develop and lead the strategic direction of talent management, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation aimed at accelerating results to ensure strategic growth at C.H. Guenther (CHG). This role will collaborate with the global HR team, leadership team, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of an accountable, high-performing, and values-driven culture to actively anticipate, plan for, and address the talent and culture needs of the organization.
