ADP is hiring a Sr. Director of Sales Messaging, a pivotal role designed to support and grow the sales messaging function in alignment with modern seller strategies, including Data, Automation, and Generative AI. This position will lead a team of Messaging Strategists and Developers, ensuring that sales has a unified voice in the messaging used to personalize engagement with buyers. The Sr. Director will be responsible for supporting various Business Unit segments and products while coordinating with stakeholders across Service, Sales, Operations, and Marketing. The role involves creating a broad, standardized message across all sales and business units, establishing a Value Messaging foundation to support the creation of sales messaging assets. The Sr. Director will build subset messaging tailored by Product, Persona, and Segment across all Business Units, aligning the overall value proposition and insights to differentiators. Additionally, the position will provide standardized Buyer Engagement Best Practices through messaging soft skills, methodologies, presentation decks, messaging assets, and email outreach. A significant focus will be on developing a Generative Value Messaging Strategy to support Modern Seller initiatives, enhancing the quality and personalization of messaging through ADP's GenAI platforms and technology. The Sr. Director will create a comprehensive database of messaging to support the Zone and all GenAI functionality, working closely with prompt builders to train GenAI in mimicking best-in-class sales messaging. The role also includes inspecting and auditing all GenAI messaging to ensure proper personalization and managing seller feedback. Furthermore, the Sr. Director will collaborate with the Communications team to lead sales messaging protocols on market alerts or triggers, curate internal and external insights to support sales, and leverage conversation intelligence tools like Gong to identify messaging opportunities based on buyer interactions. Reporting and tracking the impact of messaging through various channels will be essential, as will educating and training sales on best practices and benefits related to the reference request process. This role will require a consistent feedback loop with sales and sales leadership to enhance the sales process and align ADP's messaging strategy with strategic objectives.
