As the Sr. Director of Sales for Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS), you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving growth in new and existing markets, and ensuring alignment with global market trends. This global role involves overseeing the regional I&C sales teams, developing and implementing sales plans, and collaborating with Global Markets and ICS Customer Solution Managers to achieve Orders Entered goals. You will work closely with ICS business sub-segment leaders, customer solution managers, product management, engineering, operations, and Global Markets to grow opportunity pipeline, drive conversion of opportunities to Orders Entered and deploy strategic growth initiatives. You will report to the President of Instrumentation and Controls. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
