About The Position
The Senior Director of Sales, Full Line provides strategic leadership and oversight to the sales team responsible for driving revenue growth across the entire product line, including Trauma, Recon, and Robotics. This role will oversee the development and execution of long-term sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement within the sales organization. The Senior Director of Sales, Full Line will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company's Recon, Robotics and Trauma & Extremities businesses. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the orthopedic market.
