About The Position

The Mission is to elevate Cantoni from a respected retailer to the definitive luxury design house by building a modern, AI-enabled marketing engine that turns brand love into showroom appointments, e-commerce revenue, and lifelong clients. The ideal candidate will be equal parts strategist and creative, obsessed with taste, story, and design craft. The company aims for a clear design point of view, omnichannel growth, content to commerce strategies, and a client-for-life approach through a robust CRM and loyalty system. Progressive technology will be integrated into creative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7 plus years leading modern marketing with material impact on revenue and brand equity. Premium or luxury experience preferred.
  • Elite digital skill set across performance, social, SEO, CRM, and content.
  • Proven record building omnichannel systems that drive store traffic and online sales.
  • Strength in creative direction and analytics. You can brief world-class creative and cut what does not convert.
  • Demonstrated taste and creative judgment. Portfolio shows design-forward work where brand and performance both win.
  • Comfort with the language of interiors and architecture, from materiality and proportion to FF and E storytelling.
  • Proven art-direction experience across photo, video, and editorial, with strong copy instincts and headline craft.
  • Fluency with GA4, a CDP, marketing automation, ad platforms, testing tools, and dashboarding.
  • AI literacy and a builder mindset.
  • Leadership that raises the standard and develops talent.
  • Portfolio required.

Responsibilities

  • Clarify and codify Beyond Modern. Refresh guidelines, voice, and visual language across every touchpoint.
  • Lead brand campaigns that position Cantoni as a luxury design house and our designers as culture-shaping talent.
  • Drive PR and thought leadership with high-impact placements, design awards, and marquee moments.
  • Act as day-one brand steward and co-creative partner to the Creative Director. Translate design intent into campaigns, film, and press.
  • Be hands-on with treatments, mood boards, shot lists, music and pacing notes, and copy that carries our point of view.
  • Architect a full-funnel system that grows qualified traffic to showrooms and e-commerce.
  • Own media strategy and spend across search, social, video, display, affiliates, and emerging channels.
  • Stand up a performance cadence with clear targets for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and appointment conversion.
  • Build a fast, in-house content engine for video, photo, editorial, UGC, and shoppable stories.
  • Launch creator and partner programs with designers, architects, developers, and select influencers.
  • Art direct photo and video from pre-pro to edit. Write scripts and treatments, approve selects, and protect the cut.
  • Curate reference libraries across design, architecture, fashion, and culture to raise team taste.
  • Scale an audience that converts. List growth, segmentation, and automation across email, SMS, and on-site personalization.
  • Launch loyalty constructs and referral programs for clients and the design trade.
  • Partner with the Head of E-commerce on site experience, PDP standards, bundles, Shop the Look, and appointments.
  • Ensure typography, palette, and motion language online match showroom standards with no drift from the design system.
  • Align brand storytelling and conversion strategy across web, showrooms, and post-purchase.
  • Create a national calendar of launches, events, and designer activations that drive footfall and press.
  • Elevate in-store storytelling with displays, signage, and digital moments that convert visits into projects.
  • Shape sensory design in showrooms across light, motion, sound, and scent so the space reads editorial, not retail.
  • Build a single source of truth. GA4 plus a lightweight BI layer and dashboards leaders actually use.
  • Define attribution that leadership trusts. Use testing to guide spend and creative.
  • Deploy AI for creative versioning, social listening, audience discovery, and forecasting.
  • Pair testing rigor with taste. If it converts but looks off-brand, evolve it until it does both.
  • Coach and inspire a high-output team. Set clear standards and SLAs.
  • Select and manage best-in-class agencies and creators.
  • Establish a weekly operating rhythm that ships work and improves results every seven days.
