About The Position
You'll lead 3-4 Regional Directors, guiding a market of 300-400 coffeehouses with a strong presence in stores (about 80% of your time). Your impact will be driven by these priorities: Bring leaders closer to coffeehouses by strengthening spans and enabling consistent presence in stores. Create purposeful and desirable roles that support leader growth and development opportunities. Build clear career pathways to invest in our team and strengthen our leadership pipeline. Stabilize performance in growth markets through targeted investment and focused leadership strategies.
