We are seeking a Sr. Director of HR Operations & Transformation to architect and optimize the full employee lifecycle. This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role. You will treat HR like a high-performance engine, re-engineering everything from onboarding to exit to ensure every touchpoint is seamless, automated, compliant, and built for scale. You will eliminate friction, modernize systems, and create operational clarity that enables our teams to move faster. This role requires both strategic systems thinking and deep operational rigor. You will partner cross-functionally with People leadership, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure our HR foundation supports long-term growth and organizational excellence. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
