Sr. Director of Global System Integrator Partners Our Team's Vision: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to build and scale our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partner ecosystem. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and accelerating adoption of our cybersecurity solutions through deep collaboration with top GSIs worldwide. As Sr. Director, you will own the global GSI strategy, develop joint go-to-market programs, and lead a team focused on building executive relationships, driving pipeline, and ensuring successful delivery of integrated solutions.

  • Define and execute the global GSI partnership goals and strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to develop and manage GSI relationships and programs.
  • Establish executive and field level relationships with key GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Wipro, Infosys, etc.).
  • Negotiate strategic agreements, and investment models.
  • Implement and execute consistent Partner Business Planning methodology
  • Develop joint solutions and service offerings with GSIs to drive differentiation.
  • Launch co-marketing campaigns, enablement programs, and sales plays to build pipeline.
  • Drive measurable revenue through GSI-led opportunities and influence.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including solution development, pipeline creation, quarterly forecast, bookings and customers.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Services and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Advocate for GSI needs internally to drive engagement and shape product roadmap and service delivery.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development within enterprise IT or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success building and scaling global GSI partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-level.
  • Deep understanding of GSI business models, service delivery, and joint solution development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or cloud security markets.
  • Global perspective with ability to manage across regions and cultures.
  • Familiarity with partner incentive programs and joint investment strategies.
