About The Position

Now hiring a Sr. Director of Fulfillment t o support our clients rapid expansion across multiple selling channels, DTC, wholesale, retail and international. This is a critical strategic leadership role. This person will need to come in with proven experience in modernizing processes and procedures for apparel warehouses, as well as provide examples of how they have scaled systems and manage large teams. The right leader will balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, building stronger operational discipline while positioning the distribution center to support continued expansion.

Requirements

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics.
Background in apparel or consumer goods with high SKU complexity.
Experience leading a large distribution center.
Proven ability to stabilize and improve underperforming warehouse operations.
Multi-channel fulfillment experience (DTC, Shopify, wholesale, international).
Deep understanding of retailer routing guides and chargeback mitigation.
Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
Comfortable operating strategically while staying close to daily execution.
Able to turn business around in regards to shipping on time.
Strong communicator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

Direct full-scale warehouse and fulfillment operations across DTC, wholesale, and global distribution channels.
Own day-to-day execution of inbound receiving, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and reverse logistics.
Establish operational standards that improve shipping speed, order accuracy, and service levels.
Drive measurable improvements in OTIF performance and retail routing compliance.
Identify root causes of chargebacks and implement preventative controls.
Redesign workflows to improve pick efficiency, slotting logic, space utilization, and throughput.
Implement structured labor planning models aligned with seasonal volume fluctuations.
Build transparent KPI dashboards to monitor productivity, service metrics, and cost performance.
Oversee system optimization across ERP, WMS, and Shopify integrations to ensure real-time visibility.
Strengthen inventory integrity through cycle count programs, reconciliation processes, and shrink mitigation.
Partner cross-functionally to align forecasting, inventory allocation, and capacity planning.
Manage warehouse operating budgets with a focus on labor efficiency and cost-per-unit metrics.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives grounded in data analysis and operational reporting.
Provide proactive communication to executive leadership regarding performance, risks, and recovery plans.
