The Sr. Director of Financial Operations is responsible for the preparation and use of budgets, data analytics, financial statements and business intelligence to effect positive financial performance of the assigned business lines: HRPAS/ASC/IWA/CCC and related owned businesses including the Hospital. This leader will possess expertise in analytics, drive accountability, optimize performance, and foster integration between the medical group, hospital and other Redeemer Health divisions while supporting the ministry's broader strategic and operational goals. This role includes importing, transforming, validating, and modeling healthcare data with the purpose of understanding or making inferences for decision or management purposes that better the operational performance of the organizations. In addition, the Sr. Director of Financial Operations will work with leadership, both operational and clinical, in designing and developing analytical capabilities, reports, and dashboards needed to execute short and long-term initiatives.
