About The Position
The Sandisk Corporate Real Estate & Workplace (CREW) team has a mission is to ensure all employees have a safe, healthy, and engaging work environment where they can collaborate to successfully bring our products to market. They enable the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation, and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3.3 million square feet, 57 sites and 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements. The Global Head of Facilities will own and drive Sandisk’s long-term global facilities management strategy, evolution, and innovation in support of the company’s strategic objectives and plans. The individual will lead a team to pursue multifaceted improvements, both in service and spend improvement for operating expenses and capital expenditures.
