About The Position

SiTime Corporation is the precision timing company. Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power and better reliability. With more than 3 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. We are seeking a solution oriented, customer obsessed, senior level marketing and business development leader. The high impact role will deliver revenue growth in the AI, datacenter and communication markets by identifying growth opportunities, spearheading solution promotion, scaling customer engagement and deepening relationships. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful experience in marketing or business development
  • Proven success in scaling customer engagements and executing solution-based go-to-market strategies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action plans
  • Self-starter with a track record of delivering results independently
  • Familiarity with datacenter technology, ecosystem and value chain preferred
  • Experience in timing and semiconductor desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (electrical or computer engineering, etc.). MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in team building and leadership is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales efficiency by equipping sales team with clear directions on target accounts customers and applications, knowledge of SiTime solutions, and customer engagement tactics
  • Enable solution-based selling to target customers and markets by crafting application specific value propositions and messaging at the system level
  • Drive lead generation and mind share through customer outreach programs, all in collaboration with sales and Digital Customer Experience team
  • Develop and scale programs that drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion; build customer relationships from management to key architects in collaboration with sales
  • Expand funnel by setting funnel goals and expansion strategy in collaboration with regional sales leadership; track progress and make data-driven adjustments to engagement tactics
  • Synthesize market trends and customer insights into actionable customer engagement tactics
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on customer-centric growth
