About The Position
The Global Head of Credit & Collections (C&C) will be responsible for overseeing the global Credit & Collections function, ensuring efficient management of receivables (approx. $5 Billion per annum), optimizing cash flow, and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving global strategy, leading teams across different regions (NA, EMEA, APAC & LATAM), and ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance, and best practices for timely collections. UKG's customers are spread across multiple industries using UKG's human capital management (HCM) and workforce management solutions to manage their people more effectively with an unparalleled combination of cloud solutions. Our blue-chip customer base, including many of the Fortune 1000 companies, is highly diverse and spread across the retail, hospitality, manufacturing, services, distribution, public sector and healthcare industries. We sell primarily through a direct sales force in North America and leverage our international reseller and systems integration network to supplement the physical presence that we have throughout the UK, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. Recurring Software as a Service revenue is the largest part of the UKG business, providing resiliency and predictability. We offer multiple product suites, based on complexity and company size.
