About The Position

BigPanda is building a category. Agentic IT Operations is how the next generation of enterprise IT will run, and we're defining what that means. We're looking for a corporate marketer who wants to own that narrative. Reporting into BigPanda’s VP of Product Marketing, this leader will define how the market understands, talks about, and trusts Agentic IT Operations. You will shape BigPanda’s external voice and ensure our AI-powered platform is positioned as the defining force in the next evolution of IT operations. What this moment calls for is someone who can operate at two speeds simultaneously: the measured, credibility-first approach that enterprise buyers require, and the fast, distribution-savvy playbook that AI-native companies use to build category gravity. Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in corporate marketing or communications leadership roles.
  • Experience at a high-growth AI or SaaS company — you understand how modern companies build brand, community, and market presence at speed.
  • You also understand enterprise sales. You know that large, risk-averse buyers need validation, social proof, and analyst credibility, not just awareness.
  • Strong writer and editor with the ability to simplify complex AI and technical concepts.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior executives as a messaging partner.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Executive leadership.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive BigPanda's corporate marketing strategy focused on building authority in Agentic IT Operations.
  • Evolve our messaging pillars, narrative frameworks, and executive positioning in partnership with Product Marketing and company leadership.
  • Ensure consistency and differentiation of BigPanda's voice across earned, owned, and shared channels.
  • Execute and evolve a thought leadership strategy that establishes BigPanda as the defining voice in Agentic IT Operations.
  • Oversee development of high-impact content: executive bylines, POV pieces, reports, keynote narratives, and blogs.
  • Translate complex AI and enterprise IT concepts into stories that land with both technical practitioners and business decision-makers.
  • Build and lead an influencer strategy focused on trusted voices in IT operations, SRE, ITSM, and AI communities.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with practitioners, creators, and independent experts.
  • Partner with influencers on content collaborations, event participation, podcasts, and social amplification that reinforces credibility.
  • Expand BigPanda’s presence within practitioner communities to support category education and adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic messaging partner to senior executives.
  • Support keynote development, media interviews, podcasts, panels, and major industry events.
  • Ensure executives are equipped with sharp, differentiated narratives aligned to company strategy.
  • Own analyst engagement strategy across key firms.
  • Lead briefing strategy, narrative alignment, and positioning for reports and market evaluations.
  • Partner with Product and Executive teams to ensure analysts clearly understand BigPanda’s differentiation and category vision.
  • Lead corporate media and analyst relations strategy and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier enterprise media and analysts within firms like Gartner.
  • Drive proactive storytelling, strategic announcements, and reactive commentary tied to industry trends and AI innovation.
