What You'll Contribute The Capital Markets Team Leader reports to the Head of Mortgage & Capital Markets within the MCM Go-To-Market team, overseeing both Industry and Domain expert functions. These functions serve as an overlay to the Account Management group in Sales & Client Success. The Domain team engages with top U.S. practitioners, speaks at industry conferences, and maintains expertise across Capital Markets, Risk, Broker/Dealer, and Servicing segments. Serve as primary liaison with modeling and research teams across dealers, rating agencies, and third-party modeling organizations. Translate complex analytical concepts into actionable insights for both internal teams and external research partners. Present technical findings and research outcomes to both technical and business audiences. Collaborate with sales team on technical aspects of score research and analytics. Provide technical expertise on score implementation, methodology, and performance characteristics to research stakeholders. Monitor and analyze output from FICO's internal research initiatives and coordinate with client research desks on findings. Maintain deep expertise in statistical modeling, credit risk analytics, and industry best practices. Collaborate with data science teams to enhance score performance and address emerging market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Substantial experience in mortgage servicing partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within financial services.
• Proven track record of executive-level partnership development within the mortgage servicing ecosystem using a strategic, consultative approach.
• Established C-level professional network spanning mortgage servicers, MSR investors, and servicing technology providers.
• Exceptional ability to understand complex servicing partner business models, regulatory requirements, market positioning, and strategic objectives.
• Outstanding executive presence with superior communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution skills and proven ability to drive results in matrix organizations.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage servicing landscape, including regulatory compliance (CFPB, state regulations), loss mitigation, and borrower management; familiarity with FICO products and credit scoring applications preferred.
• Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings, industry conferences, and strategic planning sessions.
