Optimizes the overall performance of the lab at one of the Labcorp testing laboratories by monitoring the delivery of timely testing services, providing the necessary resources to ensure delivery of testing services, and client satisfaction. Provides management assistance to the various technical departments of the laboratory, other support services and functional areas, and leads by example in generating a culture of continuous operational improvement; responsible for delivery of services to meet client expectations.
