You are a change champion, purpose driver and social impact maverick, who is responsible for creating, leading and executing comprehensive environmental, ethical and social justice strategies, programs, and activities that have a positive effect across people, product and planet, in alignment with the company’s Long-Range Plan and core values. As the strategic architect and operational leader for The KEEN Effect, your role is accountable for departmental success and cross-functional integration of sustainability and social responsibility goals across all KEEN functions. This includes overseeing environmental initiatives such as greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction strategies, restricted substances, and global disaster relief responses, as well as social justice, philanthropy, NGO and community partnership programs.
