About The Position
The Senior Director, IT Operations Management (ITOM) & IT Asset Management (ITAM) Domain Owner at ADP plays a pivotal role in driving the IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management domains within the ServiceNow platform. This position requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and asset management principles, with a specific focus on ServiceNow capabilities. Responsibilities include defining the strategic vision, creating roadmaps, leading the design and implementation of ITOM and ITAM policies, best practices, and processes, and ensuring the quality of CMDB data through effective discovery and provisioning. The Domain Owner collaborates with cross -functional teams, partners with stakeholders to identify requirements and drive process improvements, and leads a team responsible for CMDB & ITOM operations, ITAM Modules (SAM & HAM). The role also requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to facilitate successful roll -outs, organization change management, and daily operations within the ServiceNow platform. This role is instrumental in shaping ADP's IT service management capabilities for the future.
