About The Position

As the Sr. Director of Investor Relations, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing our investor relations strategy for our closed-end hyperscale data center fund. This role is critical in articulating the fund's value proposition to the investment community and fostering strong, trust-based relationships with institutional investors. You will act as the primary liaison between the company, its investors, and the broader financial community, ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment with our long-term vision in the data center and infrastructure sectors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets, preferably within the data center, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial and strategic information into clear, compelling messages for institutional investors and analysts.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated success managing earnings communications, investor roadshows, and high-stakes investor meetings.
  • Strong familiarity with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements, with a commitment to compliance and transparency.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a high degree of executive presence.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a cohesive investor relations strategy that clearly communicates the fund's investment thesis, performance drivers, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Create compelling and consistent investor communications, including presentations, press releases, and shareholder letters, tailored to resonate with sophisticated institutional investors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors, cultivating deep relationships and trust within the investment community.
  • Plan and execute investor events, including earnings updates, investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor positioning across the data center and infrastructure landscape.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic updates to senior leadership and the board, reflecting investor feedback and market developments.
  • Ensure that all investor communications adhere to SEC regulations and internal disclosure policies, particularly during earnings seasons and material events.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and communications teams to uphold transparency, regulatory compliance, and best practices in disclosure.
  • Partner with internal teams-portfolio management, finance, and marketing-to gather strategic data and craft cohesive investor messaging.
  • Support capital-raising initiatives and contribute investor-focused insights to business development and corporate strategy discussions.
