About The Position
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Zeus' global network, cybersecurity, and IT hardware/software systems-including switches, routers, firewalls, servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and operating systems (iOS, Windows 10). Leads ongoing IT operations with a strong focus on end-user computing. This strategic leader combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, team development, and customer service skills. Acts as a subject matter expert and escalation point for infrastructure and end-user computing issues. Drives innovation, process improvement, and change management across infrastructure, operations, and security services. Capable of leading cross-functional teams and managers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric technology solutions.
