About The Position

As a Sr Director Implementation & Integration Services, you will directly manage internal resources and external consultants and partners to maximize their contributions and effectiveness. By leading cross-functionally with sales, service and engineering teams, this role will identify and drive strategic, scalable solutions. Working with partners this role provide requirements for development of tools to make Ascend integrations and technical implementations more efficient and cost-effective. This leader will utilize infrastructure from the current integrations to improve the efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction of implementations across the company through more disciplined, accurate, data-informed integration efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
  • 10+ years experience in a customer-facing technical service function.
  • Advanced knowledge of data management, workflow, network, and quality technologies, vendors, and standards.
  • Direct experience with customer implementations in the integration space.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership to provide leadership and guidance to both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, leading and supervising internal and external resources to integrate Ascend technologies with customer systems, with direct responsibility for outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering on the requirements definition, development, and field testing of integration and implementation tools.
  • Representing the field integration focus area in all appropriate internal forums and workflows, including annual operating planning (AOP).
  • Exploring uses of AI to reduce time and expense of system integrations and ongoing maintenance.
