We are looking for a candidate who is an expert in gathering research and insights to support data-driven decision-making. What You'll Do for Us: Serve as the Insights SME and Hub, stewarding actionable insights, understanding and utilizing insights resources, developing primary research, and leading Business Performance & Insights Sharing. Lead Insights and Situation Assessment for Operating Unit planning, contributing to the development of Annual Business Planning (ABP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP), and advise senior leadership. Lead the creation and execution of custom research driven by strategic customer needs. Serve as resident Futurist and support the team in working with a Futures Thinking mindset. Maintain and improve business intelligence tools to democratize data access across the division. Contribute to custom analyses using internal and syndicated sources to provide insights and fact-based points of view on key business and strategic issues.
