About The Position

The Senior Director, HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions leads the people strategy for Cox Farms’ corporate functions, serving as a strategic connector between enterprise priorities and operational execution. While the organization scales its field and farm operations, this role ensures that corporate teams — including Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain — are aligned, supported, and equipped to enable growth across the business. This leader brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, translating enterprise people strategy into effective, practical support for corporate leaders and their teams across the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles
  • Experience supporting corporate or enterprise-scale organizations across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and navigate highly matrixed organizations

  • Master’s degree or advanced HR certifications
  • Experience in agriculture, food production, manufacturing, or high-growth operational environments
  • Experience designing or evolving HR operating models across field and corporate environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to corporate functional leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals and operational needs
  • Translate enterprise workforce and people strategy into actionable plans for corporate functions
  • Act as a bridge between field/operational people priorities and corporate-based teams
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting corporate functions
  • Drive consistency and alignment between corporate HRBP practices and the broader field HR model
  • Establish clear standards, operating rhythms, and escalation pathways in partnership with the AVP
  • Own workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy for corporate teams
  • Ensure corporate functions are structured for scalability and future growth
  • Lead talent and succession planning efforts in alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Champion an inclusive, mission-driven culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and collaboration
  • Lead change management and communication efforts in support of business transformation
  • Drive leadership capability and effectiveness across corporate leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment regulations, internal policies, and risk management practices
  • Partner with Legal, Payroll, and Compliance to ensure consistent and fair people practices
  • Support investigation oversight and complex employee relations matters for corporate teams
