About The Position

The Sr Director of HR Operations serves as a strategic thought leader and change agent, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the HR function. This role provides enterprise leadership over HR compliance, data integrity, and a robust Shared Services model, ensuring high-quality service delivery and an exceptional employee experience. The Sr Director leads system optimization, process transformation, and digital enablement while overseeing HR vendors, budgets, and the enterprise HR portfolio to ensure strong performance, fiscal stewardship, and strategic alignment. Through close cross-functional partnership, this role drives successful change adoption and scalable, sustainable business impact. Essential Functions: Provide strategic oversight of the HR technology landscape and employee data governance, ensuring system security, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end lifecycle management of electronic records, including privacy controls, access management, retention standards, and audit readiness, while partnering cross-functionally to align technology strategy with business objectives and enterprise data architecture. Drive optimization of HR systems and digital tools by leveraging automation, integrations, analytics, and emerging technologies to enable scalable, efficient, and user-centric HR operations. Serve as owner for HR system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring strong project management, change management, and user adoption. Lead enterprise change management strategies by developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans that ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes. Establish and manage a cohesive HR vendor ecosystem, including contract negotiations, SLA governance, performance scorecards, and facilitation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Develop and manage the HR operating budget across all departments, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong financial discipline, and optimization of vendor and technology investments. Provide enterprise-level governance and central coordination of the HR project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, managing dependencies and resources, maintaining project roadmaps, and delivering initiatives on time and within budget in partnership with EPMO. Oversee and facilitate strategic guidance of all HR compliance programs, including background checks, I-9 processing, unemployment claims, notice of pay, and annual EEO-1 filings, ensuring regulatory adherence and audit readiness. Champion and continuously evolve the HR Shared Services delivery model, driving increased efficiency, centralization, and scalability while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and alignment with organizational goals and HR strategy. Lead HR operational support for mergers and acquisitions, partnering with HR, Operations, EPMO, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless onboarding and successful workforce transitions. Deliver HR reporting and analytics through dashboards and scorecards, leveraging OTBI, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and other tools to track KPIs, trends, and operational performance while translating insights into strategic recommendations that inform leadership decision-making and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required.
  • 5+ years’ leading cross-functional teams.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Operations, Business, or related field required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Experience leveraging workforce management solutions such as time and attendance, scheduling, and labor optimization tools.
  • Strong foundation in change management principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise HR project portfolios.
  • Effective and proven consulting and customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Proficient in time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet established deadlines.

  • Bi-weekly paid.
  • Base salary range: $185K-$200k/yr
  • This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
