About The Position

The Sr. Director, Health Plan Partnerships will report directly to the SVP of Health Plan Partnerships (and in the interim, to the Chief Commercial Officer). This is a pivotal role for the company as it expands its portfolio of health plan partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of collaborating with leadership teams to define and execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define overarching Health Plan Growth and Account Management Strategy for specific health plan partners in partnership with Health Plan Leadership, Growth and Solutions Architect team.
  • Strategically manage select health plan partnerships, including day-to-day operational aspects and longer-term growth and expansion.
  • Drive growth of select health plans’ ASO business by establishing strong relationships with national and local leadership and account executives.
  • Educate health plan teams on our value proposition and differentiation in the market.
  • Identify specific opportunities for expansion through new logo acquisition.
  • Manage overlapping Book of Business with select health plan partners, reporting on impact and identifying ways to improve relationships.
  • Partner closely with Health Plan Growth team to support new expansion sales across product lines.
  • Oversee implementation of integration with select plan partners and identify improvements over time.
  • Establish reporting for Book of Business and escalation paths for sales and client success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a systematic approach to sales and client success.
  • Convey rules of the road in terms of interactions and approaches for specific plan partners to enablement teams.
  • Serve as content expert for sales and proposal development for specific plans.
